Corporate Accounting Manager
Infrastructure Services Group, LLC (ISG) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing company.
Located in Greenville, South Carolina, ISG is the holding company of companies in Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island which perform a multitude of wastewater rehabilitation services. ISG
will be acquiring additional companies across the east coast over the next several years which provide the same services. The Corporate Accounting Manager will complete a variety of accounting-related tasks including assisting with the coordination and oversight of accounting functions for all ISG-owned companies; assisting with month-end balance sheet reconciliations and associated journal entries relative to the accounting and tracking of fixed assets, accruals, and account analysis for all companies; and special projects.
The Corporate Senior Accountant supports the Corporate Controller in designated general accounting functions for reporting and compliance. This position works in accordance with policies, procedures, and the philosophy of Infrastructure Services Group LLC. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in performing monthly closing processes for all ISG-owned companies, including preparation of account reconciliations and monthly closing journal entries Coordinate with various departments such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Project Managers to support processes, procedures, and general ledger maintenance Assist in the completion of monthly WIP schedules and participate in monthly WIP calls and project reviews with corporate and operating company managers Perform weekly A/R Analysis and distribute performance metrics to each company Assist in performing treasury management functions such as daily cash analysis, recording of ACH and wire payments, weekly check run processing and submission of positive pay files, and monthly bank reconciliations Maintain all inventory accounts and reconciliations, including inventory allocations to jobs and in-transit inventory tracking Assist with capital expenditure tracking and fixed asset reconciliations Assist with credit card maintenance, including issuing new company credit cards and analyzing monthly expenditures Assist with external audits (financial, insurance, etc.
); maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and reconciliations to ensure all audits progress efficiently Facilitate ad hoc projects (sales tax review, new systems implementation, and any others that may be required) Perform other duties as assigned and reasonably within the scope of responsibilities enumerated above JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
