A home automation expert company is looking for Construction Controller in Jupiter, Florida.
This position will be responsible for handling 60+ projects at a time. You will be responsible for approving estimates among handling the accounting for projects. They will be managing the warehouse, accounting, and purchasing. What the company offers:

Responsible for maintaining finance department reports of account payable, account receivable and payroll for the employees. Responsible for approving estimates from estimating department and making sure they are ready for Project managers and the accounting department to deal with further. Responsible for managing warehouse, accounting and purchasing. Manage daily cash and prepare cash-flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals Collaborate with executive team and partners to make the efficient and effective firm-wide operation possible.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience of construction accounting. Experience with human resources, insurance, the construction industry and deferred revenue. Bachelor's degree required. Hands-on systems like QB Enterprise and Excel. Self-starter and strong ethical standards. Practical knowledge of Budget Processes. Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
