This Senior Financial Analyst for the Cox Media Business Operations team is responsible for the creation and implementation of Sales Compensation strategies for Cox Media.

This position reports to the Financial Analysis Sr Manager and is strategic and analytical in nature. This is a high-visibility and enterprise-wide position. Responsibilities

include forecasting, budgeting, sales performance modeling, sales commissions administration and reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): Monthly commission calculation process. Manage billing data each month, work within our commissions software to ensure that data is accepted by the system Manage and execute the monthly commission accrual expense model.

Tracking it against budget, historical performance and actuals to find areas of improvement Annual comp plan scenario model creator. Modeling future scenarios to assistdecision-makingn making process Compiles performance stats to demonstrate the effectiveness of the current comp plan for the Compensation Design Committee. Comp planning template creator/administrator - Responsible for updating those files for the upcoming planning cycle, tracking submissions/changes and compiling the data submitted into various formats for review.

Creates incentive calculators for use in the field. Maintain and Improve sales dashboards within Xactly, as well as send Ad Hoc reporting to our partners as needed. TEAMS Site Administrator - Updates the Comp Share Point site with calendars, comp plans, policy documents etc. Looks for opportunities for additional analysis, researches sales comp best practices to bring insights. Assist FA II in comp dispute research resolution as needed. Works to educate our finance partners in the structure of our comp plans/sales organization. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in a related discipline (Finance/Accounting) and 4 years experience in a related field (Accounting/Finance function).

The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a masters degree and 2 years experience; a Ph. D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years experience in a related field Motivated, resourceful, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail while remaining results-oriented is critical. Ability to exercise independent judgment for interpreting financial data. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Advanced MS Excel skills required, including logical and reference formulas, financial functions, use of pivot tables, best practice in financial model structure/design, charting/graphing and formatting for executive presentations. Sales Compensation systems experience is a plus (Xactly, Performio, G2, Captivate Iq, SPIFF, or similar) Demonstrated ability to multitask successfully with flexibility and willingness to manage multiple, changing priorities in a deadline driven environment Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $76,200.00 - $114,300.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.

Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc. ) and/or an incentive program.
