: Monthly fraud and theft reporting.Managing annual reporting, including, but not limited to: IAS 37, mineral reserves reporting, census reporting, property management system updates, OFI reporting.Assists with monthly financial close and reporting activities.Assists in the preparation and management review of monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and re: forecasts.Performs/reviews balance sheet reconciliations.Assists in special reporting and analysis.Assists with acquisition setup, integration, and reporting.Actively seeks, communicates, and participates in process improvement opportunities.Champions efforts to improve working capital.Travel throughout the NW Region as needed.Fosters a work environment of inclusion and diversity.Demonstrates and promotes ethical behaviors.Willing and able to train others to varied levels of proficiency.Other duties as assigned.Adhere to company attendance practices.

Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.4+ years related experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.Proven ability to develop relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally, and to work with teams as both a leader and a participant.Strong project management skills including the ability to lead projects and prioritize among multiple requirements and deadlines.Proficiency in
