Business Process Manager - Demand Planning

all business processes under the Demand Planning umbrella. This includes key business processes of forecasting and changes in demand requirements (CIDR). This position has business process oversight responsibility which includes end user process execution adherence, process maintenance and improvements and solving execution problems working with end users, power users, other business process managers and members of the SAP Solutions Team.

The position also drives business performance metrics by improving and driving execution of these processes. RESPONSIBILTIIES: End-to-end process understanding, effectiveness (e. g. KPIs) and continuous improvement. Owns Demand Planning monthly consensus process and is responsible for providing the tools to improve forecast accuracy. Process lead for SAP solutions team (Cherwell prioritization, business case, change approval).

BPO receives all Cherwell tickets from IT, clarifies requests with end users, prioritizes for IT, reviews IT solution, coordinates testing, and signs off when solution in place. Sub-process designs content ownership. All new functionality for Demand Planning processes are reviewed and approved by BPO. Training materials, standard work instructions, and training. Owns documentation of demand profile classification decisions, training Demand Planners on usage, and modifying processes as business changes. Process understanding and adherence by end users. Periodically auditing documentation of forecast adjustments to make sure notes are filled in properly and completely.

Capture, standardize, and communicate best practices. BPO has periodic updates with Supply Chain managers to understand what the demand planning needs of the Business are. When gaps are found or enhancements are needed, BPO creates the processes and tools to fill the gaps. TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: Demonstrated proficiency to navigate SAP Cross functional supply chain experience Experience leading projects SAP-APO-DP-Logility experience Lean6Sigma / statistical problem-solving knowledge EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field with 10+ years of related experience Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of related experience All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
