Job Brief Responsible for coordinating the ordering of materials, equipment, and services to support maintenance and construction departments across the organization.

Job Responsibilities Responsible for ordering materials, equipment and services for crews across the organization. Must be responsive to crew's needs and be able to communicate status of their orders promptly and accurately. Responsible for calling off equipment and communicating with vendor regarding call off data. Arranging service calls for equipment that are not functioning properly. Request / review / coordinate development of Traffic Control Plans. Track closure schedules, approvals, and expiration of permits.

Schedule pre-jobs between crews, barricade vendors and associated municipalities. Produce daily reports to include daily dump truck, right of way closures, potholing and other miscellaneous vendor reports. Interact with internal customers: foremen, schedulers, supervisors, managers and external vendors and municipalities. Coordinate and schedule inspections between vendors and the Transportation group for rental equipment Education High School, GED or Equivalent. Minimum of 15 college credits (100+) from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

Experience 3 years of experience as a Scheduler, Coordinator, Tradeshelper, Truck Driver, Material Handler, Equipment Operator or other related equivalent experience. Additional Information Rotating on-call support required Certifications or Testing Required Must possess the appropriate valid Arizona driver's license.
