Partner Relations Specialist
Overview: Connections Health Solutions is a behavioral health company that provides crisis stabilization and access to care for anyone needing behavioral health services.
The Partner Relations Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with community partners. They will advocate for Connections Health Solutions in the
community, generate referrals for incoming patients and foster relationships to establish referral sources for discharge coordination of care. Responsibilities: Identifies new referral sources and key point of contacts within community partners and develops relationships to increase referral sources across markets.
Develops quantitative marketing plans, including top-line business targets and the path by which Connections will meet targets. Builds relationships with community partners to grow volume across the company by engaging in outreach, scheduling marketing meetings, and presenting to community partners to educate them on services provided by Connections Health Solutions. Manages partner relationships by tracking all relationships, gathering data, and facilitating customer satisfaction. Identifies client s problems and challenges and facilitate how the business could address those needs.
Escalates barriers with partnerships and referral volumes with Partner Relations Manager for problem-solving. Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business including resolving any customer complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborates with and supports Crisis Center VP on trends, barriers, and prospects. Be an expert on the market and the players in the value chain: prospects, clients, competition, vendors, etc. Travel to visit community partners, referral sources and others on regular basis. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver's license Successfully pass a motor vehicle record check Must have own vehicle that is clean, neat and in good working condition Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Behavioral Health, or related field Knowledge of community resources 1 year of sales experience 5 years of customer service experience Excellent interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, Behavioral Health, or related field 3 years of sales experience
